Terms and conditions

Acceptance: These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding contract between Tombola Bingo (the "Operator" or the "Company") and the user ("You" or the "User").

Termination: We may terminate your account and/or cease providing Bingo services if we reasonably believe that you are misusing our services or breaching this Agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Tombola Bingo is licensed, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any action arising from or relating to these terms and conditions will be brought exclusively in a court located within that country.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Tombola Bingo with regard to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
No Waiver: Our failure to exercise a right under this agreement will not be deemed a waiver of that right or any other rights we have hereunder.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tombola Bingo from any claims arising out of your use of the Bingo service.
Disclaimer: The Operator shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays in transmission, or losses that may occur while playing Bingo.
Warranty Disclaimer: We do not warrant that the software used to operate our games will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will Tombola Bingo's liability to you exceed the aggregate amount of money held on account for your use in the last six (6) months before such damages, losses and costs became apparent.
